Among others, the Founder & CEO, Mr Ibrahim Ngugi Gatimu is a Practicing member of both ICPAR and ICPAK. He is a CPAK graduate from Strathmore University and a holder of first-class honors in BCom Finance from JKUAT. His research project was on Corporate Governance. He has served in Rwanda for over 10 years and has an overall experience of over 20 years across East Africa. His work on value enhancement, youth empowerment and governance has surprisingly gained worldwide recognition. At some point there was a proposal to award him an Honorary 
Doctorate Degree by The Commonwealth University in London among other reputed institutions.Overall, he has over 20 years of working experience in Finance, Accounting, Administration, operation. As a Practicing Accountant, he has worked across almost all sectors across the region.
He is passionate about governance and corporate values in leadership. For this reason, he founded PG Plus Ltd (PG) whose vision is to optimize institutional governance by facilitating practical values-based knowledge and skills among fresh graduates, employees, BOD members and the society at large. Between June 2018 and first quarter 2019, PG Plus has facilitated and mentored over 20 fresh graduates. Most of them are now employed. They all survived the Covid-19 retrenchments.
His latest milestone is that he founded and registered SoW!SE AFRICA, a local NGO on values-based leadership, youth empowerment and entrepreneurship for wealth creation, healthy living and inclusivity. His creative writing skills has earned him a house hold name online. He likes writing educative materials that are fun and very rich. He is the proprietor and Managing Partner GNI CPA Ltd, a certified Audit firm registered in Rwanda and engaging in public practice since 2012. The Kenyan practicing firm that he also founded is Getmore Gatimu &Asssociates.
